Midwest Mages LLC strives to process and ship orders in a timely manner. By placing an order with Midwest Mages LLC, customers acknowledge and agree to the following shipping terms and conditions.

Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are typically processed within a reasonable business timeframe after payment confirmation. Estimated shipping and delivery times provided at checkout or in communications are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Midwest Mages LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Weather conditions
Customs inspections or clearance procedures
Supply chain disruptions
Natural disasters
Labor shortages or strikes
Government actions or restrictions
Incorrect customer information
Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Risk of Loss & Title Transfer

Where permitted by applicable law, risk of loss and title for all purchased items transfer to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the designated shipping carrier.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, Midwest Mages LLC is not liable for:

Lost packages
Stolen packages
Carrier delays
Damaged shipments caused during transit
Misdelivered shipments
Delivery failures related to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring all shipping and contact information is accurate prior to order submission.

Shipping Claims

For any claims related to lost, damaged, missing, or delayed shipments the customer must contact us within fourteen (14) days of the documented delivery date or expected delivery date, whichever applies.

Failure to submit a claim within the required timeframe may result in denial of assistance or compensation.

Midwest Mages LLC reserves the right to require supporting documentation, including photographs, carrier reports, or proof of loss before reviewing or processing any claim.

International Shipping

Midwest Mages LLC may offer international shipping to Canada. International customers acknowledge and agree to the following additional terms:

International delivery times are estimates only and may vary significantly due to customs processing, import regulations, local carrier delays, or geopolitical events.
Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, tariffs, or other governmental charges imposed by the destination country.
Midwest Mages LLC is not responsible for packages delayed, refused, seized, or destroyed by customs authorities or other governmental agencies.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchased products comply with all local laws and import regulations in their jurisdiction.
Refused international shipments may be subject to return shipping fees, customs penalties, or non-refundable carrier charges.
